To request a refund, you must provide one of the following reasons:
- The product significantly differs from its description or preview images.
- Key model components, details, textures, or files are missing (excluding limitations due to exchange format constraints).
- Misunderstanding of the product as a physical object, with the digital file remaining undownloaded.
To initiate a refund request, please provide us with the purchase order number, a detailed description of the encountered problem, and information about the software and file formats used. Upon receiving your refund request, we will endeavour to process it within 3 business days.
If your refund request is approved, you must delete all copies of the purchased product files and refrain from retaining or using them.
